Backwoods Chubby break in complete
Chubby broke in with 2 burns. Raised temp to 400 for 3-4 hrs with first burn with hickory chips and no water. Wiped down with peanut oil after cool and added water on 2nd, 3-4 hours at 250. She is ready for Briskets and ribs this weekend. I smell SMOKE!!!
