Hi, im new to the forum and want to thank the administrators for allowing me membership. i have been doing alot of reading and some smoking on my masterbuilt gas smokehouse. most meats have turned out good, a few great. but for the most part i am as green as they come. i look forward to getting advice from all the experienced folks out there. thanks again! :grin:
