Default BBQ & Lawyers

Well fellow Q'ers...today is the day that I learn whether or not the BBQ accolades from family, friends, and co-workers was sincere or simply being tolerant of my cooking. The brisket went on at 2:30am and will be pulled and wrapped at 4.Ribs will go on at 11, chicken and burgers at 1:30 & Armadillo eggs at 2.The beans & potato salad are ready, BBQ sauce is made, beer is on ice and I have my digital camera at the ready. The first Attorney is already here working and drops by the pit every few minutes.Keep the Little Fish in your "good thoughts" and I'll let y'all know how she ends up.

With those kinds of eats, I'll bet you'll do just fine. Besides, lawyers still put their pants one leg at a time, it's those little tassles on their shoes I can't figure out!
