Default Angus Brisket / Kosmos Injection AWESOME =)

Thanx so much everyone for your help and advice in my Brisket adventure =).
I was able to get Angus Brisket from RD and Kosmos brisket injection from
Kosmos.
This was the best Brisket I cooked ever. Great taste, very nice and tender.
I have tried many briskets ( KCBS CBJ here ) and this one was up there. Still need to work on presentation but then again Im not comp. today =)
Sorry about the crappy picture.
