Default Blackened Trout dinnr(w pron)

Had some trout fillets that needed to be used up. So decided to throw them on the Akorn and pair them with some corn on the cob and baked potatoes

They received a homemade blackening season after being rubbed down with evoo

Had the Akorn running about 500 and on the trout went. After 2 minutes they were flipped over and finished up for another 2 minutes

Made for a delicious dinner. Trout is one of my favorites

If you live in Michigan you owe it to yourself to go to Darkhorse Brewing in Marshall. They brew some fantastic beer

Thanks for looking.
