Been smoking for a long time. Ribs and butts are my best. I need some work on my brisket. I got two new smokers this last week. My friend was tired of them and made me a deal I couldn't refuse. Both are offset smokers one round and real heavy duty and the other it square or box in design not as thick but made very well. I'll probably sell my previous smoker as its not a real good design, firebox is to small and underneath the main chamber. Looking to learn some new ideas and different things to cook.
