New nat gas grill - tips and mods?
I just picked up my new nat gas grill...broil king imperial 590. Any other broil king people out there? It's storming here tonight so I won't get to mess with it until tomorrow but I was curious if there were any tips, supplemental or possibly contrary to the owners manual regarding how to break in a grill? Also, for the serious grillers out there, are grills like motorcycles in that the first thing you do is swap out the factory pipes, seat and mirrors etc? I have never really worked to maintain my past cheap grills but I will be babying this thing. Thanks for any tips and ideas. There has to be more info out there than what is just in the owners manual.
