Default Cajun Burger (pron)

For this weeks Throwdown I wanted to give my burger a Cajun twist.
This is my version of a Bobby Flay's Louisiana Burger. If nothing else try the mayo/mustard-pickle sauce. That chit is da bomb.

For the patty 1/2 lb. ground chuck seasoned with my own blend of Cajun Spices.

For the condiments I went with a mayo/mustard combo with some sweet relish mixed in.

Instead of bacon it calls for Tasso . I had made some a while back so that's what I used.

I made my own hamburger buns but they weren't great. To dense with so so color.

Cooked them up on the Cajun Grill with some Stubbs charcoal and pecan chunks.

All put together with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onions.

Open wide.

Thanks for looking.
