I just happened one day to stumble on this site and got hooked instantly. I was looking for grill info and all this talk about "UDS" popped up. Needless to say, I picked up my drum last weekend and can't wait! Hopefully talk to you all soon.

We should try to get together over the summer, too. Any volunteers to organize it :-D

Also, quite a few of us compete and there are competitions all around this area. there is one in Westmont, IL on Memorial Day weekend, St. Charles, IL and Madison, WI on July 5 & 6, and the Sam's Club regional is in Rockford the first weekend of August.
