WHipped up a juicy pork chop in Jerk paste and spices and made a batch of rice, added caramelized onions and a bunch of Indian spices....too easy!

Yeah phubes, I got them at the supermarket and I rarely buy pork there but these loin chops clearly came from a greedy happy piggie!
So juicy when done a little rare!
