How much charcoal for a 1 hr smoke?
I am smoking a beef tenderloin on a WSM on was wondering if one full chimney starter is enough coal? I dont really want to use Minion Method on something that short, even though the virtualweberbullet site suggests it. Thoughts?
Thanks! |

I don't have a WSM, but with my UDS I like to keep my coal basket at least half way full at all times regardless of how short the cook is going to be.
