Hello everyone ! I am new to the group and hopefully I will get a lot of new info and meet some new people. I was thinking about purchasing a rotisserie smoker from Cadillac Cookers. I wanted to get more info about the company and the smoker before putting out thousands$$$! Also really what is the cook like compared to a flat grill or pig cooker? I currently have a oil drum that was converted into a cooker with 2 cooking grates. If you guys have any other brand rotisserie besides Cadillac and you are very satisfied with it, please share. I would also like to see pics of your rotisserie smokers. Thank you!
