Uncle Bub's BBQ LLC Class 3/1- 3/2

Had a great time at Bubba's this weekend. He went through everything from nose to tail. After all the cooking was done 4 Master certified judges showed up and went over everything. We had two CBJ/CTC's in class and they were blown away as well.

Picked up a lot of tips, tricks, and common sense approaches where I was just missing the boat.

Any one thinking about taking the class should, unless I compete against you.
