Default My first UDS

Built my first UDS sunday to smoke a Ham in.... Worked very well... Ham turned out awesome...

I think im going to add another rack and make a bigger charcoal and wood basket... was kinda pressed for time so i used what i had and welded it together quick.

I will post some pictures tomorrow....


Saturday i pick up my 60"L X 30"D main barrel and all my firebox steel to start building my offset reverse flow with water tub similar to a lang but with some twists... Hope to start on that soon. Will post pics of that as we go..
