Thanksgiving in Cleveland
My thanksgiving dinner. Brined two 12 pound birds for 24 hours. Let air dry in refrigerator for 12 hours. Butter with SM sweet and spicy mixed in rubbed all over under the skin, then butter rub all over outside of birds. One bird got SM pecan and the other got SM spicy apple. Some pron:
My plate Thanks to smokinokie. I use your PDF as a basis for how I go about preparing the turkey to great success. Best birds I have done yet. 10-12 lb Turkey's are far superior to those giant beasts you find during thanksgiving in the stores. Sent from my ADR6410LVW using Tapatalk 2

Nice job. Turkey looks good, as does your plate!
I like the Nemo paint job on the WSM too.
