SMOQUED BBQ - Video Clip

There is some interesting stuff going on there initially, still, once you start talking about the food, that makes the video. That street shoot and hoppy still, dunooo...

I think that for your next video, you should be in the kitchen breaking down a pig or some other large primal. Maybe a start to finish from raw product, to the smoker to the plate kind of thing. Information with visual aids is a powerful force. You don't have to give away any "secrets", but you could really give the people a great education on why you do things the way you do and how your bridging "Cali Que" with other traditional types of que.

Just my few pennies...
