Padawan,Dennessey and Phubar's Snackbar Pron

A week ago Padawan suggested to make some typical Dutch snackbar Phried snacks.....done our way.
We selected a couple and got down to work.

Padawan's Brother,SIL and niece insisted to drop by as well...with Grog (homemade Cape Verdian moonshine made out of sugarcane).

-kipcorn (chickencorn),seasoned ground chicken with a coating of cornPhlakes

-frikandel,ground seasoned beePh which is formed in a sort of turd

-ham/kaassoufle (ham/cheese hotpocket),puff pastry with ham and cheese on the inside,coated with breadcrumbs

- (pulled pork) croquettes

-Filet Americain,sort of raw beePh salad which is originated from Belgium



Dennessey made the chickencorn and homemade mayo (his Phirst).

Padawan made the ham/cheese hotpockets,salad,Phries.

Phu made the pulled pork croquettes,Philet Americain.


I was nervous about making the Filet Americain because it contains raw beePh.
When I sampled a raw piece I got that Pheeling that it's gonna be allright.
The result came out far better than I expected and I'll be making this again for sure!
