A funky brisket/baked beans w/pron
First off, gotta give thanks ImageUploadedByTapatalk1350878887.740110.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1350878933.891349.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1350878955.319824.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1350878994.304042.jpgto Pitmaster T. Watched his videos over and over. Yesterday I cooked up Foxy's Double BB's and Dirty Dalmatian brisket for a birthday party. Delicious stuff. Okay for the cook 9.5lb brisket was done at 170 for 6.5 hours on the kettle, did lose sum heat towards the end of the cook. Pulled the brisket at 201 cuz the wife and friends started to bug me. The point was amazing just like butter and flat was great. Not bad for my first brisket. Baked beans were awesome nice and thick. I'm gonna cook another brisket in few weeks,it was that good!

Brisket Looks great. I love dem beans. This method, in my opinion, especially after the Night Train, will bring a novice to a contender in the quickest order. From there you can tweak your style in so many ways. The important thing these days is to save money and time and sack time getting to the contender status. Glad it was helpful. |
