Another thank you thread!
Just felt the need to thank all the brethren here. I've always loved to cook, but only recently took up smokin. All the free flowing information and encouragement here has taken me from 0-60 in a short amount of time. If anyone is on the fence about getting a subscription or haven't thought of it, just imagine all the time and money this site has saved us newcomers...well not counting time lost because of whackadoodles!
Third try at brisket today and while it isn't as juicy as I'd like it still turned out great IMO! Snagged a roll of butcher paper today so my quest shall continue. Thanks again Brethren!! ImageUploadedByTapatalk1350255028.438139.jpg
