Hi All,
Just joined and wondered if anyone is going to the Burke rally in Austin, August 17-18th? I am sure I may have some other questions as I am practicing every week. Right now I am trying to zero in on the sauce and sauce qty for chicken, the brisket pull temp (heard IBCA like it very tender), and the rib glaze. Anyway, ttyl.
