I have a Costco Vision Komado.When I cleaned out the ashes I saw this.It's below the expansion cut.Is it normal or did I break it already?It still works fine.

Well I'd say that cracking on ceramic cookers while not really meant to happen can and does happen eventually to a lot of cookers. Since it still works fine I say you didn't break it :grin:.

Can something like this be repaired with refractory cement? If it's still working OK, I'm not sure it's worth worrying about.

Bricks crack from heat. Send that picture to the manufacturer and see what type of response you get. You should be covered.
