doing my second rack of ribs today( new rub and used a little cranberry juice in the foil)loaded up the bottom rack when I foiled the ribs with abt and a fatty filled with peppers and cheese rubbed it and wrapped in bacon Two weeks ago I wouldn't have known where to start thanks again for a great sitehttp://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif
 
Yeah this site is a godsend to those of us that didn't learn how to BBQ growing up.
 
growing up on a farm never had time to think about bbq
when I retired I enjoyed cooking outside
The great taste of smoked meat has me hooked on this new hobby
I want to thank my son MAP for starting me off right
 
I definitely agree with you on this site, just awesome! The only trouble each time I read something I get incredibly hungry!
 
This site is an ongoing help to me and my 'q. I try to give back a tidbit of knowledge from time to time. :smile:
