Well I live in Houston, Texas (West University Area...WestUAg) and obviously I am an Aggie. I found this site through another member who posted a link on Aggie Websider, so I am here to learn and share recipes and tips. I currently have a David Vasbinders (from Richmond, Texas) custom smoker but I am in the process of negotiating an upgrade with the wife.

I enjoy smoking on the pit, hunting and watching Aggie football.
