I had a friend coming by today to drink some beers. What better reason to put some meat in the bandera. I did some little smokies wrapped in bacon and ABT's for snacks while drinking. No pron of them, they diappeared to fast:doh:. I rubbed a butt with a combo of SM sweet and spicey and SM sweet seduction. No before pron. Probed tender at just over 200*, let it rest and pulled it. Mmmm
