Default Some More Chicken Thighs On The Weber Gasser

Cooking on a Gasser really means you need to use a good seasoning Rub or Marinade. That is what I have discovered. Just not ever going to be as good cooked over hot coals.

The flavor introduced into the meat from live fire cannot be beat!

good looking chicken, but I do agree you can't get the same flavor as a wood and coal fire but you can get some good char that helps make them taste pretty good.

I love me some thighs.

That looked like Big Butz Chicken Dust on those tasty lookin' thighs.

Was it?

Never done thighs on the gasser. Then again, I never use my gasser.

I was in a rush again tonight. The seasoning was just Mrs Dash Original.
