Default Pork belly 4 way pron

Maple,pepper,plain,made cracklins outta the skin and trimmings.Used Morton Sugar Cure,cold smoked 4 hours with Jack Daniels chips,bean can/soldering iron.





Fried the cracklins in a CIDO with pure lard.
