I am thankful for the ease in which the UDS let me prepare this thanks giving day meal..

1/2 bag of Kingsford Blue bag, 5 chunks of hickory, 1/2 bag of cherry chips, 1 turkey, 2 pork butts, 1 fatty and turkey & sausage ball or toinks..= lot of smokey goodness..

thanks every body and yes GTR it is a great day. we will be leaving tomorrow afternoon about 2:45...home about 7:45pm

I smoked my Turkey on my new UDS and it was the best I had ever smoked. The temp controll was easy for a change.

Great photos. The UDS had proven itself as a versatile smoker.
(Danged near fool proof... must be, cause it always works for me)

Like you, I think I should fill mine up when I smoke. If I have room, I like to smoke a Meat loaf while I'm doing Brisket or Ribs. Love the taste.
