Knows what a fatty is.
I put a 11 pd turkey in the smoker at 300. In 2 1/2 hrs it is done!!! I even turned the temp down to 250 for the last 45 min. Thought I'd take the turkey apart, put it in a pyrex pan with chicken broth and then into a warming drawer. Any other suggestions. Not eating for 2 1/2 hrs.
