Default Drunk turkey

Everybody talks about drunk chickens why not a drunk turkey? I've done a small one and it was good, but I'm seriously thinking about doing this 15lb all natural butterball I've got in the refrig on top of a tall boy Budweiser..

Herb/butter mix under the skin, olive oil/canola on the outside?

325 in the WSM...

Foiled pan no water....

Any reason why I shouldn't from the brethren professionals??

I'm hoping they say it will work. Can't imagine why it wouldn't. Sounds great!!

I got a Turkey Sitter for doing our bird this year. You can fill it with anything you want, from beer to wine, fruit juice or the soft drink of your choice.
I've read of people having great results doing beer-butt turkeys.
