Default Happy birthday to me. (39)

Wife got me a meat slicer for my birthday yesterday. I have a sneaking suspicion that the next think I smoke is something I will get to play with my new toy for sammiches. :P

Happy Burfday dude. Sounds to me like you need to smoke up a brisket and test out that slicer.

Happy Birthday ck. Those slicers are great for roast beef. They work best when the meat is cold.

Happy Birthday!

Sounds like there's a pastrami in your future... You test the thin slicing capability of the slicer!
