St. Louis cut slabs of pork ribs

the local HEB grocery store here in my Houston neighborhood has a special again this week..

whole slabs - nice - very meaty cuts @ $1.79 per Lbs..

I got 4 in the freezer.. :laugh:

Good price if they are already trimmed up.. I just picked up 4 racks for around that price, but they were whole slabs. Trimmed them up St Louis style and gonna smoke the rib tips this weekend for beans, chili, etc.

Just checked this weeks ads and they are 2.97 here
