Default Fatty Breakfast

While testing the smoker I converted for my nephew from electric to charcoal I cooked a fatty on it to see how it performs and learn its ways so I can better help my nephew cook on it.

Here is the fatty.

Here is the filling of tomato, onion, chili peppers and herbs and spices.

And, this is my breakfast the next day. Fatty and scrambled egg served over a tater cake. Yep, that's a biscuit made from canned dough. Still good though.

Thanks for looking.
