Had to assemble it last pm....

Now it's almost 3pm here...wondering if I can fire it up and cook something for dinner?

Nice. There is an 18.5 WSM on Dallas CL for 175, if you want both sizes.

CD

A nice tri-tip would be a good start. Smoked tri-tip is delicious.

There is also chicken, maybe thighs. Some ABT's would work too!!!

Very nice
Fire that bad boy up and cook something while seasoning it
And dont forget the pron

And I killed about 50 flies so far.....

More to come.....

Looks like doggah is zeroing in on a fly in the second to last pic...:thumb:

A new WSM is always a pretty site, looks like the dog has been doing this for years.

Congrats on a great smoker! Can't wait to see the finished pron.

Took a while but worth waiting for. Very moist and SMOKEY!

Not bad for the first try!

BTW...I elected to do the drip pan with tin foil, sand, tin foil. Chicken was very moist...guess we don't need water...and it took me all of 5 minutes to clean the smoker!
