It looks to marbled to really show off your skill at rendering a bad piece of meat tender. It also looks kinda cheap, compared to the Wagyu everyone cooks now days.

I'll give you $3 a pound and drive over there and get it. I've been cooking choice CAB and got 4th this weekend in Mt. Carmel, IL, but that is a pretty brisket.
