some legs and bologna for a family get together
couldn't resist taking some leg quarters and smoked bologna to Arkansas for a family get together . rubbed the leg quarters with a mixture of McCormick southwest and brown sugar and the bologna with a rib rub finished pron to follow

about 2 hours , cooked it in weber 22 1/2 kettle , did the chicken in my 22 1/2 wsm
