Wish my phone took better pics. Started this one in the smoke with my new Auber Controller, held 300 like a charm, no water pan. Will report back with 225 and a whole load of meat. Then moved it over the fire with the corn, glazed with a soy sauce, sugar and General Tso's seasoning combo.

A little to spicy for the Mrs, but she made it through a few slices with milk.
