I boil them. That's the only way to make sure they are done in time for the half time show. I learned it from a Bobby Flay TV show. Yes, that's right, Bobby Flay himself. I'm sorry to start throwing names around but I feel that it's important that you know my pedigree.

BTW - The package I promised you was put in the mail today sent out priority mail so expect it around Monday or Tuesday.

Smoke now, can't say I haven't ever boiled ribs. I have evolved like most here.

I boil them and then get a bark with my weed burner. Works great.

I use the microwave heat up my pre-cooked, pre-sauced, pre-packaged ribs from the grocery store!!
