Going out on a limb here as I am not from the area but I know where I go to get my fresh produce this time of year and that's the local farmers market. Just a warning, I find locally grown Jalepano's to be significantly hotter than the chain grocery stores.
I googled Hispanic Grocers for your area and came up with this
La Avenida
817 Oregon St.
Oshkosh, WI 54902
(920) 232 8533
You may want to call.:-D
There were two listings for Appleton and one for Green Bay.

Yes, see I wasn't the only one confused. In your Subject line you say Yorkville, Illinois but your Avatar location says Oshkosh Wisconson, which of the two of us gave you an answer with the correct location?
Finer foods in Aurora Just off rte 34 there is also A Cubs Foods in Aurora just off orchard rd. You can certainly try to find Shop and Save or Pete's Grocery as the latter two are geared toward hispanic or Eastern Europe consumers
I know there is a hispanic grocerie store near downtown Plano (one town west on rt 34). Only been there once to get ground beef for burgers. They grind the meat to order. It was good, maybe the jalepenos are fresh.
