My 3am first pork butt on my new Chubby!!
3am, and have the easyup tent and my smoker going! Never did figure out what was in the woods that was going to attack me. Must have been a BBQ loving critter or wolf!
 Smoker coming up to temp!!  Day light brings heat and flies!!  Things looking good!!  Rain!!! Yikes!! Thank goodness I set up that tent last night!!  http://i1107.photobucket.com/albums/...-12-45_187.jpg Finished food Pron coming soon!!
