Baby back ribs and a 10lb butt ready to go. Picnic goes on at 4am and the ribs at 11am-ish. Happy 4th everyone!!! I will be adding to my smoker build on here, slight mods going to be made.:-D:-D Will post pics at the cook moves forward.

The BB ribs take the stage....for their 2-2-1. The picnic has just been wrapped. We are at 6.5 hours and maintaining 225-250. Butt is at about 160-165 deg...got a 4 mile run in also...got the Marine Corps Marathon in Oct...17 more weeks of training.
