Hello from the Florida Space Coast..... just in case you question it.... rocket scientists like to cook too!!!! I'm enjoying the info and was happy when a good friend and neighbor turned me on the the Brethren. Flame on and lift off.
 
Thanks folks..... we smoked some fish with the help of a fellow member this weekend.... it was awesome. Some grouper, snapper, and mahi. Tastes like candy.
