The exact recipe can be found in Adam Perry Langs book, Serious BBQ. Hands down my favorite BBQ recipe book. In fact, he's one of the guys that influenced my decision to sell several of my "cookers" a couple of years ago and buy my Kamado Joe Big Joe. The moisture level that is naturally retained within a kamado while cooking makes for some of the moistest meat I have ever had.

Great color on that bird! I have one of his sauce recipes somewhere and it sounds awesome just haven't tried it yet. Definitely getting the book- been thinking about it
