This was jwtseng's entry in the 2016 "I Am the Creator" Throwdown, a bourbon battered chicken and bacon wrapped smoked, then fried pork chop! You can read all about it HERE.

As chosen by thirdeye for winning the "Ground Meats" Throwdown.

Guys, with New Years right around the corner... how about another 'cooking with booze' TD? Booze of any kind must used as an ingredient(s), and an option to display booze in the entry photo.

You may submit entries that are cooked from Friday 1/1 through Monday 1/18/21.

Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on Monday 1/18.

I have been known to use a li'l bourbon when cooking

Does the booze have to be in the entry? Or can it be in me? If the 2nd is the case, all my cooks are an entry!

That was my thought as well. I always cook with bourbon, sometimes I even put it in the food. I think I've read a similar quote about wine..

“Cooked” with booze, or “cook” with booze? One is a verb, the other a noun.
