USA-made pellet smoker deserving of wider recognition

Great looking cooker!

Happy to see another USA build as an option
 
Flat iron steaks drizzled with Worcestershire sauce, rubbed with salt and pepper, smoked at 200°F to 120°F internal temp in the Outlaw, then seared in a cast iron skillet.

Something this good should be (cough!) outlawed.
