Testing new seasoning: Tri Tip

The series of tests for the new seasoning continues.

For those that may recall, there was a “Y” seasoning and a “Z” seasoning we tested last. This time we continue the test with the “Y” seasoning.

I got say, I’m liking this a lot.

Seasoning “Y”



Tri tip, cooked on the Weber with only charcoal (KBB). No smoke

There may be some salt and some smoke involved....
