Default Gourmet salt cook

I got the sampler pack of the gourmet salts that I won this week in the mail a couple days ago. This afternoon grilled ribeyes were on the menu so what better way to try one of the salts out. The garlicky lemon got the call. We are normally Montreal Steak people but this garlicky lemon has that one beat. Mighty good stuff on the beef.

I go out of town tomorrow so it will be a few days before I try the next one. I'm thinking the peppery lime will be spot on with some grilled fish tacos.

Thanks for the great product John.
