It was a gorgeous day here in the House of Piney, and my lovely bride and and I got some yard work done.

We finished the day with a good meal. :-D

The hanger steak is rubbed with Oakridge Carne Crosta and grilled hot and fast with hickory chips for smoke.

The shrimp is doused with Italian salad dressing and soaked for about 30 minutes before hitting the fire.

I haven’t tried hangar steak yet. This is good motivation. Looks great.
