Smoked some Filet and Ribs for dinner tonight. Filet on the PBC and Ribs on the Humphrey's.

I liked it. I went really heavy because I wanted a nice color contrast. I gave them a light coat of Blues Hog Beef rub and then a heavy coat of HCC Black.
