Looks delicious! I love me some indian food, dont make it often myself...hit up a lunch buffet every now and then when i go to the big town. Did you make the naan? Or find a pre made package?

I honestly haven't had naan bread nearly as good as those cooked in the tandoor at Indira Indian in Okinawa.

Now that's a plate! I love finishing a meal like that and having the flavors mingle and linger for a while. Very good stuff right there!

Yeats ago an ex and i made naan, dont remember the recipe, but we put cast iron pan on the grill and got it hot hot hot. It actually turned out pretty good, not as good as from and indian restaurant, but better than the store packages. And it was fairly simple. Ive lookes up naan recipes with the intention of doing it again, but haven't gone from the thinking about it phase to the doing it phase yet.
