Hello Fellow Q brothers. A close friend does a poker run for St Judes Childrens hospital and has asked me to cook some Q for this event 400 plates how many butts would i need for this many plates. Thanks in advance Thin smoke

Just figure 5oz per person and that should allow a little buffer. We've used this for 10 years and have never run out. 250lbs raw weight for 400 people.
